From what I found online, the Ultra-Tow tag-along trailer uses a 4.80-12 tire. Trailer tires will typically have a 65 mph speed rating at a minimum, so I don't know if the speed is limited by the tires used or by some other characteristic of the trailer itself. Northern Tool might be able to offer an explanation for this.

There is not necessarily a guideline for changing the cross chains for your Pewag snow chains.
